ანოტაცია. წინამდებარე კვლევა აანალიზებს სასამართლოსთან დაკავშირებული მედიაციის განხორციელების პროცესს საქართველოში, აქცენტით ინსტიტუციურ მზაობასა და საოჯახო სამართალში ფსიქოსოციალური მომსახურებების ინტეგრაციაზე. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ 2020 წლის საკანონმდებლო ჩარჩომ მედიაციისთვის სამართლებრივი საფუძველი შექმნა, მისი პრაქტიკული განხორციელება რეგიონების მიხედვით კვლავ არათანაბარია, განსაკუთრებით, რაიონულ სასამართლოებში. მედიატორთა კვალიფიკაციის საკითხები, მოსამართლეთა შეზღუდული ჩართულობა და ინტეგრირებული ფსიქოსოციალური მხარდაჭერის სისტემების არქონა, საზოგადოების დაბალი ცნობიერება მედიაციის არსისა და სარგებლის შესახებ, აგრეთვე ფინანსური და ადმინისტრაციული რესურსების შეზღუდულობა, მოცემულ ინსტიტუტს ერთგვარ ღირებულობას უკარგავს. საქართველოს გამოცდილების შედარებითმა ანალიზმა წარმატებულ ევროკავშირის მოდელებთან (გერმანია, ნიდერლანდები, ლიეტუვა) გამოავლინა არსებითი ხარვეზები და წარმოადგინა მიზნობრივი რეფორმის რეკომენდაციები, რომლებიც ხელს შეუწყობს მედიაციის ხარისხის, ხელმისაწვდომობისა და ბავშვზე ორიენტირებული შედეგების გაუმჯობესებას.
